Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-30

By installing or using the Nila Chrome extension ("Nila"), you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

What Nila does

Nila is a tool that reads the publicly-available parts of your own Facebook session — the same information you can see when you browse Facebook normally — and presents it as a discovery deck. Nila does not log into Facebook on your behalf, does not bypass any access controls, and does not interact with profiles or accounts that your own session cannot already reach.

Your responsibilities

Facebook's terms

Facebook's Terms of Service govern your use of Facebook. Nila is an independent client-side tool. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Nila is consistent with Facebook's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction. Nila is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

AI-drafted messages

Messages drafted by Nila's AI are suggestions only. You are responsible for what you send. Review every message before delivery.

No warranty

Nila is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author makes no guarantee that Nila will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Facebook may change its site at any time, which may break parts of Nila.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nila — including but not limited to Facebook account actions (warnings, lockouts), relationship outcomes, or data loss.

Termination

You may stop using Nila at any time by removing the extension from Chrome. We may discontinue Nila at any time without notice.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of Nila after a change means you accept the new terms.
