Nila says "Scanning your network…" forever.

Make sure a Facebook tab is open and you're signed in. The crawler needs your session to read the friend graph. If you're already signed in, click Keep searching at the bottom of the side panel to kick a fresh scan.

I see my own profile in the deck.

This usually clears itself within a few seconds as Nila figures out your handle. If not, open chrome://extensions, remove Nila, and add it again — that wipes the local database.

The deck is empty even though scanning is done.

Your filter might be too strict. Tap the orange "Show found now" button, or open Settings and widen the age range / change the preferred gender.

Facebook is showing me a checkpoint.

Nila stops the moment Facebook surfaces a security check. Solve the checkpoint inside Facebook, wait a minute, then reopen the side panel. If it keeps happening, throttle by leaving the panel closed for a few hours.

How do I delete my data?

Right-click the Nila icon → Manage extension → Remove from Chrome. That wipes everything. Or see Privacy for the granular steps.
